Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

We understand that when you make an order, you want your stuff as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to make that happen!

All orders are carefully processed within 1 to 3 business days from one of our three distribution centers in California, Texas, and Hawaii. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please contact us before completing your order if you have special shipping requests or concerns. If you have already completed your order, please reach out to us with your order information on hand so we can speed up the process. We will make sure that your needs are met by contacting us here.

Utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary carrier, anticipated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • California: 2–3 business days

  • Texas: 2–3 business days

  • Hawaii: 2–3 business days (Hyaluronic Acid products); 14–21 business days (general inventory)

  • Contiguous United States: 5–7 days

  • Alaska, Puerto Rico, & U.S. Territories: 12–28 business days

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Transit times may be impacted by external factors, including severe weather, supply chain disruptions, and other unforeseen delays. We assume no liability for delays resulting from these circumstances and cannot offer reimbursement for late deliveries.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

UMARYCali ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

We utilize Shippo for logistics; consequently, you may receive correspondence from this provider. Shipping confirmations containing carrier-specific tracking details are typically issued within 48 hours of dispatch, though tracking data may require an equivalent period to populate. Upon delivery, a notification via email or SMS will be sent. Please note that we are unable to intervene regarding courier policies or external delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

UMARYCali is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Lost Items

UMARYCali is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will also do our best to assist you along the way. Contact us here if you experience a damaged or lost order.  Please have your order information and claim information available so we can expedite the process.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the United States, but we are continuing to work on our expansion into the European market (EU) with our partners in France and Switzerland.  If you are interested in our products and you are located outside of the United States or its territories, please feel free to contact us.
